Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The WILDWOOD FAMILY CLINIC, an independent, physician owned practice is looking for a licensed behavioral health therapist to join our growing behavioral health department within our two busy, outpatient family medicine clinics. This position works collaboratively with our family physicians and other allied health staff to provide all aspects of high-quality patient care for our patients. The ideal candidate will collaborate in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment to conduct long-term behavioral health therapy with a combination of both in person and telehealth, virtual visits with Wildwood Family Clinic patients. Therapists see scheduled patients for acute, brief behavioral health interventions, and provide evidence-based behavioral health services including counseling, consultation, evaluations, and treatment, in individual and family settings. Therapists will also attend quarterly department meetings outside of regularly scheduled patient contact hours.

Full time / 4 days per week - Hybrid remote & in-clinic
Locations:  Madison and Cottage Grove, WI

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
At a minimum, a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field and a professional mental health license (i.e.: LPC, LMFT, LCSW) valid in the state of Wisconsin with at least five years of clinical experience. The qualified candidate must be comfortable using a computer for telehealth and familiar with electronic medical records. 

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-sufficient therapist with experience and interest in seeing a wide range of ages including elderly patients and children as young as two years of age.
