Wildwood Family Clinic MyChart® is a secure, online tool that connects you to your personalized health information from the privacy of your home at any time, day or night. View test results, medications, immunizations, past and future appointments, schedule appointments, pay your clinic bills and more! MyChart® also alerts you to important, health-related reminders to help you better plan the details of your ongoing health care.

You, and only you, can access your MyChart® account. The information is encrypted, which means it is stored in such a way that it can only be unscrambled after you enter the correct password.

If you are a MyChart® user who would like to access MyChart® on your mobile phone, you can download the MyChart® mobile application, available at no cost. The MyChart® mobile application is currently available on the Apple® App™ and the Android Market™
