Wildwood Family Clinic, S.C. is an independent Family Practice clinic serving Madison, Cottage Grove and many of the surrounding communities since 1978. We offer the full scope of Family Practice services and are proud to provide personalized, quality healthcare for all ages. You and your family will feel secure in knowing our team of highly qualified, personable physicians and staff will provide strong, dependable healthcare with the caring and personal touch you, and your family, deserve!
