Kerry McGrath
I work with kids, teens, and adults using a grounded, compassionate, and body-centered approach to healing. My style blends somatic awareness, nervous system support, and mindfulness with traditional talk therapy, drawing from training in Somatic Experiencing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based practices.
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, stress, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ concerns, parenting, and life transitions - to name a few. I also work with many other emotional and mental health challenges, always tailoring care to meet each person’s specific needs.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where people of all genders, sexual orientations, and identities feel seen, respected, and supported. I’m neurodivergent-affirming and especially attuned to the complex ways ADHD can impact daily life, relationships, and self-understanding. My approach is always paced to meet clients where they are, honoring each person’s unique identity and lived experience.
